Saltdean Lido Gym

We’re like a big gym, only smaller and less intimidating!

The gym has a welcoming environment, a place to train and exercise, but also unwind, socialise, and recharge. We’re aiming to promote physical activity in a safe, functional, and comfortable environment, with an enjoyable atmosphere. We also offer a variety of exercise classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

We have gym instructors available to help you on your way on your fitness journey, whether you’re a first timer - of any age, or picking up again after ‘lapsing’ for a while and want to take advantage of a local and convenient facility.

We’ll start you with a personalised induction on how to use the equipment and our trainers can also write you a basic workout program to follow.

There are also personal trainers who you can book in with for a more in-depth training session if you prefer (please note this is not included in your membership).
