Join us for a special evening with Trenchmore Farm. Hosted by Rachel from Trenchmore Farm, this exclusive dinner celebrates the incredible flavours of their locally sourced Sussex Wagyu beef. Known for their commitment to sustainable farming, Trenchmore Farm raises their Wagyu cattle with a focus on flavour, using a unique blend of grass, herbal leys, and apple pomace from their cider orchards to feed their animals.

Sustainable Practices Trenchmore Farm is dedicated to sustainable farming, ensuring their cattle are not only healthy but also raised in a way that supports the environment.

Unique Feed  The cattle's diet includes locally sourced brewer’s grains and the leftovers from their cider production, contributing to the rich, distinctive flavour of the beef.

Expert Care  The farm's commitment to animal welfare and regenerative farming practices ensures high-quality, flavourful beef, produced in harmony with the land.

Each course during the dinner will feature Trenchmore's Wagyu beef, allowing you to experience the depth and richness of flavours that make their products so special.   Tickets are £75 per head and spaces are very limited, ensuring an intimate dining experience.
