FROM LIDO TO SEA – START YOUR OPEN WATER JOURNEY

Here’s what your experience includes:

Meet at 8.45am9am – 30/45 mins Stroke Analysis and Technique Instruction at the iconic Saltdean Lido — Swim in one of the UK’s most beautiful 40m outdoor pools, overlooking the sea. It’s the perfect place to refine your stroke and build confidence before heading out into open water.

10am-11am – 1-Hour Classroom Session — Learn about open water safety, breathing, mindset and the art of sea swimming in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Coffee & Cake — Refuel, connect and chat with your swim group (trust us, it’s part of the magic).

11.30am-12.30pm – Sea Introduction Swim — Step into the wild with experienced coaches who know how to guide you safely and supportively into open water.

1.00pm-1.55pm Sauna to Finish — Warm up and wind down with a post-sea sauna session that leaves you glowing from the inside out.

Places are limited: 8 places available on each date above 

Price: £100 per person

Swim ability: it is a pre-requisite that you can swim 200m comfortably in the pool.

Bright swimming cap and tow float are mandatory for sea swims, for visibility.
