Deco is a vibrant culinary destination located within the beautifully restored, Grade II listed Saltdean Lido. Set in the iconic Rotunda, Deco offers a unique three-tiered experience: a welcoming café on the ground floor, an elegant restaurant upstairs, and an open-air terrace bar with stunning views over the historic pool.
Our menus celebrate the best of each season, crafted using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. At the helm is our chef-founder, whose extensive experience and close ties with regional farmers and producers ensure exceptional quality and freshness in every dish.
The Terrace Bar opens alongside the restaurant, providing the perfect setting to unwind with a handcrafted cocktail, a glass of wine, or a light bite—ideal for soaking in the atmosphere of this iconic coastal landmark.
During the Summer months our airstream trailer will be catering for our pool area with a snack friendly menu and of course plenty of ice cream!
Daytime bookings will be seated in the café — please see our brunch and lunch menu above.
Evening bookings after 5:30 pm are usually in the restaurant. On occasions when we’re hosting a private event, we’ll welcome you to dine in the café — a relaxed, cosy setting with the same great menu and service.
