The course covers how to recognise cardiac arrest, perform effective CPR, safely use an AED, and follow the appropriate emergency response procedures until professional medical help arrives.

Who Is the Course For?
The course is suitable for anyone who may be required to respond to a cardiac emergency, including workplace first aiders, employees, community groups, sports clubs, schools, and members of the public. No previous AED experience is required.
Course Duration
Half day (approximately 3–4 hours)
On successful completion, participants will have the knowledge and practical skills to use an AED safely and effectively as part of a coordinated CPR response.
